William’s character in the novel

William is a late addition to the expedition who seems, at least at first glance, to be charm personified.

Ruthless, determined and prepared to go to any lengths to get the job done. A more than worthy adversary for the DISECUPRO team, and a divisive figure within his own organisation.

If Jaeger is the son Adler never had, then Steinberg is the child he never wanted.

His future lies with Dominik – but has Dominik has factored him into his plans…?

  • William has been around the block a few times and knows how to carry weight
  • He’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get some dirt on his hands
  • A solitary animal of a new generation and trained by Dominik
  • He knows that Dominik depends on him
  • But when push comes to shove will Dominik make him the sacrificial lamb?

The truth is

There is no role model for William. The character is completely down to the author’s imagination.

However, some of William’s character traits may seem familiar to what a reader can have encountered with some people in real life.
